About The Creator

I’m Jackson Portnoff, and I’m the Founder of Imperial Seal Studios, 16 year-old game designer and rising high school Senior. Since I was young, my parents’ house has been cluttered with pieces and boards from games I designed. In addition, I have always been fascinated with world history from the rise and fall of Ancient Assyria to the collapse of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. I currently study Japanese and Portuguese, and have previously studied Greek, Spanish, and Nahuatl. Sid Meier’s Civilization was a heavy influence both on me as a person and this game, and inspired much of my desire to study history.

If just one person learns to love history from playing this game, then it doesn’t matter how many copies I sell.
